Prison Policy Initiative’s new report, One Size Fits None, studies the standard conditions of probation across all 50 states. Topics of the study include:

• Financial burdens • Movement and travel restrictions • Relationship or “association” restrictions • Searches • Other unnecessary and discriminatory rules around conduct
